By shopping with Arthur + Lucca you agree and understand that despite best efforts made by Arthur + Lucca, that Arthur + Lucca has no control on the transit and delivery of your packages beyond ensuring they are received by the carrier selected. We will not be able to process refunds or returns for any issues of any kind regardless of circumstance that happen with packages once received and scanned by the carrier, while in transit, or after the carrier has marked them delivered.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our facility in Chicago unless your shipping option selected guarantees same-day shipping. Some Arthur + Lucca products may be made to order and completed after a transaction is processed, these products will ship within the timeline detailed in the product description if beyond 5 business days, this practice allows for Arthur + Lucca to offer lower prices.
Always double check your shipping address and cart contents before completing your transaction as shipping charges are calculated per address. Arthur + Lucca is unable to change order once they have been placed. Any orders that are "returned to sender" will be treated as an attempted return.
Arthur + Lucca will ship your products on your behalf with the shipping option you select at checkout and facilitate payment to the carrier selected (there may only be one option to select), you are the ultimate customer of the carrier once the package has been received by the carrier. Unfortunately Arthur + Lucca cannot be liable for anything that happens in transit once the postage has been generated and the package received and scanned by the carrier which should always be within 24 business hours of the postage being generated.
Shipping during peak shipping and holiday seasons will likely always add additional time to the transportation of your products, please plan accordingly.
Shipment tracking numbers will be automatically emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled, please search your email from contact@arthurandlucca.com to find any missing emails and click the tracking link for details to be provided by your carrier of choice.
For all orders shipped to any location outside the United States, all duties, taxes, additional customs fees, and VAT incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the product/s to the carrier or third party requiring them. Arthur + Lucca is not responsible for any additional charges that apply to any international shipment and cannot assist in resolving them or calculating them in advance.
In making purchases with Arthur + Lucca you agree that any packages that are delivered late, or not received, will not the liability of Arthur + Lucca.
