▶︎Zippers

We can replace zippers on most garments but cannot fix zippers, we're unable to replace zippers on bags and household items at this time.

We ONLY use best in class zippers and follow correct and quality sewing procedures to replace them. Our prices reflect this and are intended to represent the best possible quality outcome that is possible.

Zipper replacements may add up to 2-weeks to the turn around time. Price may increase if a garment has unique design and construction details that make the process more challenging, we will also discount the price appropriately should the design and construction allow for it.

While we will stand behind our work of replacing the zipper, we cannot guarantee the life of a new zipper in any way.

▶︎Measurements

We offer measurement sessions for $40/$70 to take body measurements that you may need for purchasing clothing from another company.

You are required to either print out all of the measurements needed and ALL instructions on how to take the measurements or have video instructions available, and most importantly you need to have reviewed these thoroughly before your appointment.

A master fitter will take your measurements and explain what we are doing as we take each measurements, so that you can decide the measurements/numbers that you want to submit. Each company requires unique measurements to be taken and interprets them differently, we will work with you so that you are in control of your outcome.

▶︎Expedited Speeds

Garments in an expedited speed will be ready for pickup on the closest open business day to your due date. We're currently able to accommodate next day alterations or beyond.

Standard Expedited Fee: 50% of normal alteration pricing (applied before any discounts or coupons)

Same-Day or within 7 days Expedited Fee: 100% of normal alteration pricing (applied before any discounts or coupons). Please consider that the work will take time and plan your schedule accordingly.
