Timeline: To ensure your garments are crafted to perfection and ready in time, we recommend placing your order 3 months before the wedding date whenever possible. Our shirts are made to order, and production typically takes 4-5 weeks,withdelivery at 6 weeks. Ordering early allows us ample time for any adjustments and guarantees a stress-free experience leading up to the big day.
Alterations: Free alterations and repairs for the life of the garment at Arthur and Lucca. Unfortunately sweaters are not woven in a way to be altered but we will always repair them as possible.
Pickup/Shipping: Pick up in store or enjoy free UPS shipping to 48 Contiguous states is included in your purchase. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box or Military Address. Private Mailboxes are accepted. Garments will be folded and packed securely in a fitted box. All garments will need to be fully steamed and pressed before wear.
Dry Clean Only: All garments should be dry cleaned only.
